Some pages end a section with a "Plan it" box: practical next steps for insurance, a US phone number or sending money home, with links. Today those links go to government pages and public tools, and none of them pays us.

If we add a paid partner link, the box will be labelled "Promoted · affiliate links", the link will carry a sponsored tag, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsors and companies named in an article are named because a source describes them, not because they pay us.

Boxes are added after a page is written. They never change which rules, sponsors or facts a page covers.
